Ingredients
- 5 tbsp paprika
- 3 tbsp kosher salt
- 2 tbsp onion powder
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp dried oregano
- 2 tbsp dried basil
- 1 tbsp dried thyme
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp white pepper
- 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
Method
- Measure all spices into a mixing bowl or jar.
- Whisk or shake thoroughly until evenly combined.
- Transfer to an airtight container and store in a cool, dry place.
- Use as needed to season gumbo, meats, vegetables, soups and stews. Start with 1–2 teaspoons per serving and adjust to taste.

Notes
