Ingredients
- 40 ounce apple juice
- 20 ounce apple cider vinegar
- 20 ounce water
- 4 tablespoon Pepper (freshly ground)
- 4 tablespoon sea salt
- 2 tablespoon cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoon Chili powder
- 1 onion, medium (thinly sliced)
- 1 jalapeno, large (sliced)
Method
- Mix all ingredients in a large container and store in fridge for up to one week.
- Apply to whole pig as often as desired during smoking process.
