Ingredients
- 5 tbsp table salt
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp dried oregano Mexican oregano if you have it
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Pulse briefly in a coffee grinder or food processor (or grind thoroughly) until the mix is a fine, uniform powder.
- Store in an airtight container. Use on eggs, rice, potatoes, fries, chicken, cottage cheese, toast, and more.
Notes
Amazing on eggs, rice, potatoes, fries, chicken, cottage cheese, toast — use this on everything. If you use salt, use this sparingly per serving (this batch is very salty).
