Tomato Basil Chicken Breasts

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, skinless and deboned
- 5 tomatoes, quartered
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, loosely packed
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, ground
Method
- Combine garlic, tomatoes, vinegar, oil, basil, black pepper, and salt in a food processor.
- In a large resealable plastic bag, add chicken and marinade. Make sure chicken in well coated. Seal bag and allow to marinate for 6-8 hours in refrigerator.
- Preheat grill. Place chicken on grill and cook on medium heat for 10-12 minutes, turning once. Remove chicken from heat and garnish with diced tomatoes or chopped basil.
