  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp chili crisp

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and stir until blended.
  2. Serve with gyoza, dumplings, or other appetizers.
  3. Discard any leftovers.
