Salmon Steaks

Ingredients
- 2 salmon steaks 1 to 2 inches thick
- 2 tarragon leaves ( per steak)
- 1 ounce butter per steak
- 1 dash fresh ground pepper to taste
- 1 splash white wine to taste
Method
- Mix butter, whine, tarragon and pepper.
- Apply to both sides of each steak
- Wrap each steak in foil
- Cook in a 450 degree oven for 10-15 minutes.
