1/4 cup Milk
3 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
2 Large Potatoes (Unpeeled)
- Grate potatoes and onion with food processor.
- Transfer to large bowl.
- Add all of the other ingredients to the bowl, and mix by hand.
- Fry in vegetable oil, like pancakes.
