Fresh rosemary
Fresh Sage
Savory
Fresh thyme
1 cup kosher salt
1 bunch Whole Peppercorns
Directions
- Mix it all up in a *large* container
- Completely cover your bird
- Cover with ice or place in fridge
- Allow to soak for 4 – 24 hours
Notes
- Goes very well with out Turkey Seasoning and Turkey Stuffing recipes
