Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 gallon Ice Cold Water
  • 1 can apple juice
  • 1 package chicken broth
  • Fresh rosemary
  • Fresh Sage
  • Savory
  • Fresh thyme
  • 1 cup kosher salt
  • 1 bunch Whole Peppercorns

Method

  1. Mix it all up in a *large* container
  2. Completely cover your bird
  3. Cover with ice or place in fridge
  4. Allow to soak for 4 – 24 hours
