
Lots of flavours make you just want to feast on bread and oil alone!

INGREDIENTS:
2 Cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 TBS Dried Basil
1 TBS Dried Parsley
1 TBS Minced Garlic
1 TSP Dried Thyme
1 TSP Dried Oregano
1 TBS Black Pepper
1/2 TSP Dried Crushed Rosemary
1 TSP Salt
1/2 TSP Lemon Juice
2 TBS Grated Parmesan Cheese
DIRECTIONS:
Mix it all up.
Store in cool dry place in a recycled wine bottle
pour onto a plate and dredge your bread of choice through it!
NOTES:
I also pour some nice balsamic on the plate
I used a Black Olive Focaccia bread and a Rosemary Focaccia with this…delish!
