Chipotle Lime Butter
I do love me some butter. I whipped this up for corn-on-the-cob, and I honestly haven’t found any other use for it….
1 Cup Salted Butter
Zest of 2 limes, chopped
Juice of 1.5 limes
6 Chipotle Peppers from the can, seeds removed
Remaining Adobo sauce from can
- Mix all ingredients
- Bring to room temperature before using
- Best applied with a pastry brush!
