Tea Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 2 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Milk

Method

  1. Pre-heat oven to 450
  2. Mix the flour, salt and baking powder in a bowl.
  3. Cut in the butter, then slowly add milk
  4. Roll out dough, cut out biscuits and bake till golden brown

Notes

  • I sometimes add 1/2 cup of raisins, for a change.
  • Next time, I am going to add some grated cheese too…(but not with raisins)
