2 cup all purpose flour
2 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon Salt
1/4 cup Butter
1 cup Milk
- Pre-heat oven to 450
- Mix the flour, salt and baking powder in a bowl.
- Cut in the butter, then slowly add milk
- Roll out dough, cut out biscuits and bake till golden brown
- I sometimes add 1/2 cup of raisins, for a change.
- Next time, I am going to add some grated cheese too…(but not with raisins)
