Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower
- olive oil to taste
- black pepper freshly ground, to taste
- sea salt to taste
- garlic fresh or granulated, to taste
Method
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the cauliflower into florets.
- Toss the florets with olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, and garlic until evenly coated.
- Arrange the coated florets in a single layer in a 9×12-inch glass dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden and tender, stirring once or twice if desired.
- Optionally sprinkle with curry powder or additional seasoning before serving.
