Ingredients

  • 4 Corn (1 ear / person or as many as needed )

  • 1/2 cup Butter

  • 1 dash salt and pepper (to taste)

Directions

  • Do not shuck that corn. Soak it all in a cooler or sink, as is
  • Get your grill hot, with direct heat
  • Lay your corn across the BBQ
  • Using long tongs, roll the corn around to ensure each side is toasty, about 20 minutes.
  • Using gloves, shuck that corn now
  • Roll in butter, add S&P and go to town
