Ingredients
- 2 tbsp ground coriander
- 1 1/2 tbsp freshly ground cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp freshly ground cloves
- 1 tsp ground mace
- 1 tsp fenugreek (ground; kasuri methi or substitute)
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp ground cardamom
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
Method
- Combine all spices in a bowl and mix thoroughly until evenly blended.
- Store the blend in an airtight container away from direct sunlight.

Notes
