Ingredients
- 1 stick butter, soft
- 4 ounce good blue cheese 4 to 5 oz
- 2 clove roasted garlic 2 to 3 cloves
- 2 dash Worcestershire sauce to taste (a couple of splashes)
- 1 pinch thyme
- 1 pinch kosher or sea salt
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
Method
- In a bowl, mash together the soft butter, crumbled blue cheese, roasted garlic, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, and freshly ground pepper until well combined.
- Spoon a couple of dollops of the blue butter onto steaks grilled to your liking.
- Place the steaks under a broiler for 1–2 minutes, until the butter mixture is melted and bubbly. Serve immediately.
