Chipotle chicken rub

INGREDIENTS:

3 tablespoon Paprika
3 tablespoon Brown sugar
4 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoon Chipotle chili powder
2 tablespoon Garlic powder
1 tablespoon Pepper
2 tablespoon Chili powder
1 tablespoon Onion powder
2 tablespoon Celery seed

DIRECTIONS:

Mix all of the items together.
Store in airtight container.

NOTES:

Has a nice heat to it. When I make a gravy from the drippings, it is also quite spicy…in a nice way. The chili powder can be omitted if you don’t have any.

    Directions
    Where do you add the ANCHO powder. It is not listed in the ingredients.
