Ingredients
- 1 each White Onion
- 3 each Tomatoes
- 1 each Jalapeno pepper (Cleaned and diced)
- 1/4 cup Cilantro (fresh and chopped)
- 1 garlic salt (To taste)
Method
- Seed the tomatoes, and small dice them (vastly reduces fluids in final product)
- Mix all your ingredients
- Let it sit for a good 30 minutes before serving.
