1/4 cup Brown sugar (packed)
2 tablespoon Chili powder
2 tablespoon Paprika
1 tablespoon cumin
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon Garlic powder
1 tablespoon dry mustard
2 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Pepper
DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix it.
2. Coat your bird generously and roast, grill or smoke it!
