Spinach Dip

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup Sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)
1 package Knorr Vegetable Soup mix (the dry stuff)
3 clove garlic (minced)
1 package frozen spinach (thawed and very well drained, else you make soup)
4 green onions (chopped)
1 loaf pumpernickel bread
1/2 pound bacon (crisped up and chopped)
1 dash salt and pepper
1 dash tabasco sauce

DIRECTIONS:

Combine everything, let sit for about 2 hours in the fridge before serving.
Hollow out the pumpernickel, chop bread into cubes….and pig out.

NOTES:

I usually double everything and make 2.
