4 cup chick peas (2×8 oz cans (reserve liquid from one can))
2 tablespoon Garlic powder
4 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 cup tahini
1/2 teaspoon Paprika ((optional))


Blend it all, but Paprika!
Put it in a bowl, sprinkle paprika on top and eat it up!


Flavors are best after it sits for 30-60 minutes.
Will keep for up to two weeks in the fridge.
Best with Fresh Pita and/or spicy Doritos….
