INGREDIENTS:

40 ounce apple juice
20 ounce apple cider vinegar
20 ounce water
4 tablespoon Pepper (freshly ground)
4 tablespoon sea salt
2 tablespoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoon Chili powder
1 onion, medium (thinly sliced)
1 jalapeno, large (sliced)

DIRECTIONS:

Mix all ingredients in a large container and store in fridge for up to one week.
Apply to whole pig as often as desired during smoking process.
