
I needed to use some Tandoori Masala n a Butter Chicken recipe recently, and decided to mix my own. Thanks to “TheBritishBaker” from AllRecipes for the original recipe.

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 TBS Ground Coriander
- 1 1/2 TBS Ground Cumin
- 1 TSP Garlic Powder
- 1 TSP Ground Ginger
- 1 TSP Ground Cloves
- 1 TSP Ground Mace
- 1 TSP Curry Powder
- 1 TSP Ground Cinnamon
- 1 TSP Ground Black Pepper
- 1 TSP Ground Cardomom
- 1/2 TSP Ground Nutmeg

The original recipe called for ground fenugreek instead of curry, but I couldnt find any.
