Cook Time: 6 Hours
INGREDIENTS:
3 tablespoon dried sage (rubbed)
2 tablespoon Fresh Dried Savory
2 tablespoon fresh rosemary
1 tablespoon fresh thyme
2 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Peppe
DIRECTIONS:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl
Rinse turkey and pat dry
Melt enough butter to coat the bird
Apply the herb mixture evenly, all over the bird
Roast as usual
NOTES:
If you are using a salty brine, omit the salt in this rub
