Ingredients

  • 2 pound Pork Tender Loin (2 one pound tenderloins)

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 package St. Albert cheese curds

  • 2 teaspoon Crushed Black Pepper

  • 2 teaspoon BBQ Candy Chicken Rub

  • 3 tablespoon Italian seasoning

Directions

  • Spiral out 2 1 pound pork tenderloins
  • Buterfly 2 skinless boneless chicken breasts and pound until anout 1/4 inch thick
  • Season Pork tenderloin with black pepper
  • Lay chicken breast on top of tenderloin
  • Lay cheese curds across length
  • Season with BBQ Candy
  • Roll up and then tie with Butchers twine
  • Season equally with Italian seasoning
  • Cook in Traeger Smoker on 250-275 for about 1.5 hrs or till internal temp is 150 let rest for 10 min then slice
