Chicken Shawarma Meat

INGREDIENTS:

2 pound chicken thighs (Boneless, Skinless)
1/4 cup olive oil
2 teaspoon cumin
2 teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon allspice
1/4 teaspoon curry powder
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper

DIRECTIONS:

1) Slice chicken thighs into 5 or 6 pieces each (not too small, you will chop later)
2) Mix the dry ingredients, add the oil
3) Mix the chicken well, set aside for 2 hours to overnight
4) Fry up over medium heat in a pan
5) Chop it roughly for use in sammidges!

NOTES:

You could grill, smoke or oven bake the chicken
You could use breasts in place of some thighs, but not all…you need the flavour of the thigh here!
