INGREDIENTS:
4 tomatoes (large, chopped)
4 avocados (peeled and diced)
1 red onion (Sliced thinly)
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper (or to taste)
1 cup balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing (I think I used the “Newman’s Own”)
DIRECTIONS:
In a large serving bowl, combine all ingredients, and chill for 2 hours before serving! (Chill it for at least an hour, or the flavours won’t blend enough.)
