Eatapedia's Kill & Grill Driveway Bistro

This weekend, Team Eatapedia wanted to test some new dishes and new recipes, so we did what any good BBQ Team would do: We threw a party! The weather was still cooperating (in that it wasn't snowing yet) so we hung out in the garage, and had a bunch of our friends over to help us test and eat all the food!

We had a Special Guest, Jamie Parisi from Pork Ninjas was in town, so he was able to come over and partake with us. Paul and I met Jamie in Toronto during the Diva Q fundraiser for their trip to The Jack. He was able to tolerate us on their turf, so he took a chance and came out to hang out with us.

We served up just a few dishes:

Brisket Slices and Burnt Ends
Blade Roast
Slaw
Prime Rib with a Wine Mushroom Sauce
Bacon-Wrapped Stuffed Tenderloin with a Course Mustard Cream Sauce
No Cream Scalloped Potatoes
Baked Fire Beans
Green Salad (Brought by our friends and neighbours, Don & Jean - Thanks guys!)
Chick Pea Curry (Brought by our friends and neighbours, John and Ann - Thank YOU guys!)

Good thing we invited some neighbours and friends, because they brought GREAT food and our party went on till 3:00 AM! Next time, I might even let them in the house! ;-)
